Pick up was supposed to be @ 7:30. Tried @ 8, not able to get unit until 8:30
CLAYTON DThe man at the counter was late, he was rude and threatened to cancel my truck since he wasnt prepared to work with a female. He also thought i wasnt happy due to the neighborhood of the store - which wasnt true - i was upset as he wouldnt answer my calls or the calls from uhaul but certainly answered the calls from his delivery may for his store products - then proceeded to tell me i didnt have a reservation until saturday - when it was thursday - also i was to get 24 blankets and as an independent uhaul doesnt track his inventory - i paid for 1 mattress cover, which i never received and 24 moving blankets and only received 12 - i need credit to my account
