The man working at the Heights Market, OH location was outstanding. He had excellent customer service and a great attitude. He seriously made the whole experience fantastic!! You can tell he loves his job and wants to do well by the customers. The drop off in Columbus, OH was great and seamless, it was the easiest drop off process I’ve ever experienced. Best U-Haul experience overall, and I’ve used U-Haul many times!

this location is VERY sketchy and in a BAD UNSAFE area of Akron OHIO. Make note, I did NOT select this location when I made my reservation. This location was a run down liquor store that was selling weed inside. The location smelled of WEED very very badly. Had drug bongs and weed everywhere. I did not feel comfortable or safe is this store and would NOT recommend this or UHaul at all due to this location. This was an awful experience simply due to the fact that I felt my safety was at not a priority to UHaul and the fact that I DID NOT select this location, my reservation was changed last minute.
