We returned at night after closing. We did not see 1 sign telling us that we were at the correct place. The only reason I knew was because there was another uhaul there. The key drop box was hard to find in the dark. It was not well lighted. It was unclear where to park the truck. I spoke to customer service before drop off and she told me there was a place with a canopy and lights to pull up and take my final photos of the truck. There was no canopy and hardly no lights at all. It felt like a dangerous place to be out of my car and taking photos in the dark, of the truck I returned. Very disappointing and I was very angry. This place needs a big uhaul sign so its apparent that you're at the correct spot for drop off and it needs more lights and a covering from the weather where you can safely take photos without wondering if someone is going to pull into this desolate area and rob you while you're trying to return a truck. I will never use this location again.

Truck was not clean had exhaust leak smelled very heavy of cigarettes in the cab ramp on back of truck very shakey did not offer any extras did not have dolly’s for rent did not offer any extra miles so I ended up paying 4. + for extra miles all other dealers offered extra miles extra days etc pick another dealer truck inside was also dirty not at all pleased with this experience we drove almost 150 miles wondering if we were gonna make it

James BThere was no signage on the building letting you know it was a U-Haul place. The parking situation was not good. I wasn’t sure where to park. Never did see a key drop box. Had to go inside the store and give the keys to a worker.
