The pickup location was changed the day before from a location 3 blocks from our pick-up address to 16 miles/25 minutes away. My pick-up was at 8, the storage place associated with Queens Hand Rentals did not open until 9 or 10. The phone number for Queens Hand disconnects after a few rings. The Storage Place only went through to a machine. Shortly after 8 I received an email informing this was a "remote" pick up - I watched the video and started the process (hitting some snags as the app had changed some of the info I had originally submitted) - at this point i was called back from my earlier call into the U-Haul call center. Once transferred to the correct department I was talked through the process and sent links to bypass the photo glitches. Oh, and the truck I received for the trip from No Cal to So Cal was a dog that shuddered violently on and off throughout the trip. The saving grace of the experience was the patience of the people that helped at the call center.

Harold LTruck dashboard was dirty with liquid spill in tray. Truck had a hard time shifting into Drive. Back part of truck needed to be cleaned. Customer service was fantastic, though
