They didn't open until 10 but there was someone there and he told us to just drop it and go.

Sheila RMake sure that you listen to your customers because my pick up experience with U-Haul was not great at all, but the location people were excellent. It took longer than I expected to pick up due to the errors on the U-Haul behalf, but I was able to make it to my destination in Charlotte.
