I waited have the truck inspected at drop off only to be told the Uhaul representative was out sick. After retrieving the keys I was told the truck would be checked in and I was good to go. The next day I get hit with cleaning fees. I was not there for an inspection and the truck was swept before return. No food or drink were consumed in the truck. And the graffiti was on the truck at origin. Customer service was not a priority at this location. Waited twenty-five minutes for a furniture transaction to be completed, to later be charged for debris I didn't see? I took all precautions from extra insurance, roadside, filling up past requirements and sweeping the truck. To hit me with a cleaning fee is laughable. Slightly irritated and highly disappointed.
