Okay so I rental a van from this location, checked in and all was easy, the owner was helpful. I needed the van to bring a smaller couch home. Used 5.5 miles in total but somehow they charged my credit card TWICE! On the receipt there are numbers that don’t even add up too. I used 5.5 miles x 1.39 (rate per mile) is $7.645 total for the miles, but on the receipt it said $15.30, like where did this number come from!!!? A lot of weird numbers On the receipt. The actual amount should be 5.5 miles x 1.39(charge per mile) = $7.645 + $19.95 van rental + $1 (environment fee) + 8.00% tax which it come out to be $30.89. This wasn’t the amount on my receipt at all. But on my credit card it has 2 different charge of $30.89.. Like scammy much? Good thing I check everything.
