Though the equipment was maintained very well and clean, I had quite a few frustrations using the mobile sign in process, and there was also a “ service traction control” message that appeared on the dash every time we breaked and made a beeping noise. The employee at Mike’s was incredibly helpful not only with walking through the U-Haul app, but also this error that popped up. We were able to drive the U-Haul just fine, however it definitely was an inconvenience especially since they asked me to change pick up locations for my U-Haul because it was quite busy at the in town Corvallis location, and I was only offered a lower mileage rate for this inconvenience as well. I have rented with U-Haul, as well as my family, many times and this is definitely the most frustrating experience I have had so far with U-Haul. I tried to do a good by going to another location to help with traffic flow but I honestly wish I didn’t because of these inconveniences.
