We were over charged and even after pointing out that it was higher than the last time she still over charged us. I've always used U-Haul but I wont anymore.

Clean transaction
LESTER CI specifically told them that I did not want the safe move insurance but they applied it and I did not notice it until after the move was completed. Dishonest personnel who charge this regardless if the customer wants it or not.

ANDREW KAfter reporting the tire monitoring sensor advised some tires needed air, the representative stated that it had a faulty tire monitoring sensor. Would have been helpful if windshield was cleaned. Was able to get it adequately cleaned with windshield fluid & wipers. Otherwise, everything was fine for the short 4 hour rental period.
