The app didn’t make it obvious that the location was at Pete’s until I had to dig so much deeper into the drop off and click through a lot of instructions. The personnel there were so amazing, it was simply the uhaul app itself that is very hard to navigate

MICHAEL RHad issues with pick up and drop off
Alan TOnly issue that warrants follow up is that when we opened the trailer up a 45 caliper shell casing fell out. On our inspection we found a total of 5 45 caliper shell casings. Makes you wonder.
