Kennith CIf you plan to charge the customer for additional insurance that was declined on the reservation, please mention to them that you are charging them for something that they did not want! When the contract was printed off and given to me to sign, I assumed it was as I had made the reservation. I know it was just $8, but I feel that I was cheated by that being slipped in and no verbal statement was made by the associate.
