Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Terrys Security made it easy as pie. However! I received a van with a cracked windshield right across the driver's field of vision and the air conditioner did not work, on a day with a 108 heat index.

I have an issue with the way u haul calculates mileage. I rented a vehicle to move one way from my home address to sterlington, LA which was 103 miles one way for the move. I had to pick up the uhaul 55 miles from my house. Total of 158 miles not counting side trips for gas . I was only allowed 55 miles plus 75 miles. Total of 130 miles. I was not even allowed enough mileage to make the trip under the rental agreement. So uhaul sets you up fail and pay for additional mileage at a higher rate.
