Last two times I reserved a truck, I ordered pads and the last one a dolly. Both rentals, when so picked up the truck they had already run out of pads and did not have a dolly. This location and the K street location in DC. If I reserve something ahead of time, why does it matter that “ you had a rush in the morning and ran out” which was the reason at both locations. This is frustrating.
