Only thing we noticed was some broken glass on the floor of the truck when we opened the back door. gentlemen in the office was nice and friendly!

First and foremost, I paid for an Appliance Dolly, 48 Furniture Pads, and a Utility Dolly. None were in the truck when it arrived. The office was closed, and no one answered the phone. The truck had only 3/8 of a tank of gas, and it was snowing. When I called the 800 help line, the lady who answered sounded annoyed by my questions, and the only thing she recommended was that I cancel my reservation and try to find another location that might have the items reserved to facilitate my move. Then she hung up. It was Sunday at 8:00 am, and that was the best she could do. Really? I went around, opened the other trucks, scavenged for what was available for 35 minutes, and took the truck. Surely, they. Could have done better. Hopefully, they will apply an inconvenience credit and try to do right by their customers in the future.
