Edward CWhen I was notified that my pick-up location had changed and I viewed the pictures of the location, I was very nervous. It is certainly not that accessible. But the truck that we received was relatively new and the check-in guy was very professional and efficient. Check-in took only a few minutes. We were disappointed that there was only 1/8 tank of gas which meant we immediately had to start searching for a place to fill up....not in our schedule and we weren't familiar with the area. But the newness of the truck made up for a lot of our apprehensions.
