My reservation was moved the afternoon before I was scheduled to pick up the truck. I had also rented two furniture dollies and a hand truck, which disappeared off the reservation and this location had no additional items. Since it was last-minute I had no choice but to buy the items in order to complete the move. U-Haul national hotline was no help. Huge inconvenience.

jamshed kThe place we originally selected to rent the truck from was minutes from where we needed to be, but the day before we were notified that the truck will actually be at another location, which was approximately 30 minutes away from where we were needing to be. Other than that, the service was excellent, had no trouble finding the place, and everything went as planned.
