I regret not having gone to a U Haul rental store directly. I will not use the app again!!! The pick up and drop off spot was a gas station which was very confusing. Had to get the key from the store clerk and to go back in to find out where the hand truck was because it was not in the truck. Poor communication throughout the entire process from U Haul. In addition, I kept getting multiple emails when it was time from drop off. I could not drop off via the email as the page it sent me to dead sites. I used the app to try and return the truck but was not confident the transaction was complete as it did not request photos of milage or fuel level as it had when I picked up the truck. I took pictures of everything for my records. Contacted their Live Chat and they were very helpful in helping me return the truck and closing out the rental order. Concerning was the person at the gas station would not let me put the truck key in the drop off box. I took a picture of him holding the key. The whole process was confusing. On a positive note, the truck was clean and well maintained and we had no problems with the equipment,

Bryan DThe facility is a gas station, and not equipped to handle day-to-day service station and Uhaul customer needs. The place smelled of cigarette smoke and also had questionable customers. The transaction was handled over a cell phone, not in person (Not sure the attendant knew the process or just the manager/owner prefers to handle the rentals). There were 2 trucks onsite, and I was given the wrong vehicle even as the manager spelled out the key number to the worker (I was called 10 minutes after leaving to return and exchange). There are several Uhaul options within a 3 mile radius of this location, and I will use those instead.
