I returned the vehicle with more gas than was given and they still lied and charged me for gas. I have photographs of the return showing a full tank of gas

The facility is a gas station, and not equipped to handle day-to-day service station and Uhaul customer needs. The place smelled of cigarette smoke and also had questionable customers. The transaction was handled over a cell phone, not in person (Not sure the attendant knew the process or just the manager/owner prefers to handle the rentals). There were 2 trucks onsite, and I was given the wrong vehicle even as the manager spelled out the key number to the worker (I was called 10 minutes after leaving to return and exchange). There are several Uhaul options within a 3 mile radius of this location, and I will use those instead.
