Bryan LThis Location was our second pick by default. Your company originally booked us for 03/07/2025 at Port Ave and Tarlton, Corpus Christi, Tx.We were supposed to have the 26 ' Box Truck rented for 24 hrs. The assistant manager Britney, very rudely told us that we had to return the truck by 12 noon the next day and that if we didn't it would be an additional $200. We then called your agent at U-Haul and she agreed to have the rental retuned by 5:45pm the next day. Once again Britney, very rudely said no and that your office didn't run her shop. Thanks to your office the agent was able to locate another Box Truck in Alice, Tx. Britney the Assistant Manager in Corpus Christi, Tx should be fired and we will not recommend the Port and Tarlton U-Haul. Thank you for all your help.
