I've rented a lot of trucks over the years, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I was paying guys to stand around and wait because my reservation was changed without my knowledge and added mileage to my trip. when I tried to explain my frustration, I was shoved aside. Not a way to do business

The phone service to set this rental up was horrible and when called back to try too fix it they hung up on me...was far from my location and wrong time for pick up

I'm sorry but every time I rent a uhaul its a terrible experience. Reserved for weeks in advance every time.... And every time i show up oh im sorry we dont have that truck available... Are you kidding me? Also the after hours return is ridiculously complicated. 15-20 minutes fidgeting on uhaul.com and finally its done. Take pictures of the odometer....? A picture of the location...? Etc, what a waste of time and frustration at the end of an already stressful day.

Chelsea was professional and caring, making sure our order was correct. The only comment I have is with U Haul, I didnt like waiting until the day before to find out if the truck was available or not because we had a long distance move planned and our truck was at one location and our car carrier was initially at a separate location. I think once you book you should be confident that the truck will be ready.

Check windshield wipers on vehicles. Wipers squeaked and did not work well during rain storm. Almost drove me nuts for 2 hours. Provide second copy of paperwork so that one can be turned in if doing an after-hours drop off.

I think you guys go over board with the questions regadribg the type of vehicle, hitch class and year and make of the towing truck. If I know another place that has a better process and less questions and easier checking in system I would have used their service.

My only concern was that when i received a confirmation voicemail for pickup, it did not state the location. i presumed it was RJ's minimart, my requested location. i called there ahead of pickup and was told the pickup was at the Allentown location. had i not called, i would have gone to the wrong location.

A bit of a rough patch with the new person which was not willing to do certain tasks that was required of him to do. He was afraid to do certain things and was not very complaisant on following directions from his coworkers who were training him. I also believe I was overcharged and when I asked about why was it more, he didn’t really know and said that’s what I had to pay. I had no other way but to pay. It was not the best experience overall.

Upset is not the right word! Nuclear irate is probably how mad I'd describe myself! We reserved a storage unit through the "customer call center" and we drove a one way trip from parkersburg wv to Allentown pa, so after 10 long hours of being on the road in a 26' truck (was supposed to be 20') we finally arrive to be told they don't have a 10x10x8 unit for the price we were quoted. They have a 10x10x8, but it'll be 111.87$/mo if we want it at $23/mo more than original price. Imagine how shitty that must feel knowing we just drove 10 hours on a one way trip to get here in a bigger truck because uhaul decided to reserve not only a truck the place didn't have but a unit they didn't actually have either, all in an effort to make the reservation and secure the sale. I'm disheartened by the lack of professionalism and truth behind our experience with uhaul!

The truck interior windshield was disgusting. The gas was at 1/4 when picked up. The rear locked that was REQUIRED to be put on or face fines was not functioning at all. The men in the office were very friendly and professional even when two employees failed to report for work on, what I imagine, was one of your busiest days.
