When I spoke to someone over the phone to hold a truck for me, they didn't tell me I had to come in the day of rental. Financial info was taken and I was not aware I also had to come in in person, wasting an hours time for moving. However, once there, everything was handled quickly and with a friendly woman who know her stuff! Thanks so much for the Saturday people!

The manager could have been a little more attentive towards me during the check-in process instead of laughing and talking with the employees, I found it to be kind of rude.

The equipment parking must have signts announcing that keys must be place/left on a Drop Box and where is located. | It will be smart to gave master key to access the equipments.

I recieved a whole package of blankets from them and thought they were a little heavy but I just thought it was the material it was made of. Then I got to the apartment and went to open the bag that was closed and low and behold the blankets were frozen solid because they must have been wet prior to me picking up the truck.

Two representatives working at 7:45 pm pick up time. Gave me keys, paperwork and sent on our way. Truck not immediately found. Went into office to ask where truck was. Response was: "look at the numbers on the truck. It's somewhere in the lot across the street." NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A DARK NIGHT.

They never told us at the counter that we needed to inspect the vehicle for damage... So when we got back to drop the truck off, they then noticed a tiny dent on the bumper which was obviously there before we rented the truck. The mileage they said the truck was at, was wrong on the paperwork, and the gas that they said was in the truck, half tank, was at 3/8. I'm disputing the extra charges that they're charging my... An insurance deductable. Such a bad experience for my first time renting uhaul.

Actually getting The truck and going to the unit was fine. Drop off was fine it was quick and easy. But trying to get to the truck was the issue. We spent so much time trying to get registered. The computers kept doing something funny, they were slow it was a long grueling process. I had to keep repeating my information, in a room that was empty and then became full of people. When I did express my disgust for the length of time. I was told that, “There are procedures that have to be followed. My response was “ It can’t be all that because 3-4 people walked out happily while I’m still sitting here.” They then looked over handled the problem and then we were processed and able to leave in less than seven minutes. I was told it was due to the computers. I’m satisfied with the answer but it just took too long for the sign in. Other than that you guys are the tops. Have a great day and thanks for listening.

They gave me the keys to the truck and the truck didn't start. I went back inside to inform them. We lost about a half hr of moving time. The lady that checked us is was unprofessional to her co-worker. He made some mistakes but she should have pulled him aside in private and not say anything in front of customers, (she wasn't very nice to her co-worker.

I rented to this location on 11/23, Saturday. I came at around 9:30 am and not out until passed 10:15 with frustration. 1) 2 people at the counter; 1 was NEW hired person 2) a lot of people waiting in line because of the slowness of service from the counter 3) person at the counter was "claiming" because of the computer 4) the NEW hired person is still confused with the system 5) my CC info has been entered many times I mean they should have at least give us some "discount" on mileage for all these troubles. I had an appointment with my Movers as well and they were "on per hour basis". Disappointed customer.
