Create a monthly check/services on ALL equipment, hauling and towing . Tow dolly plastic fender was broken from the start and apon towing home, the pin for the passenger side ramp completely fell apart and caused the ramp to drag on the road.

A regular system for drop off, I was in and out in about three minutes. I reserved a van - on the morning before I got a call that it was not available but could be at a different location or a larger vehicle at the same price. All arranged, and extra mileage. The online people were terrific. However - the details in conversation did not seem to make it to the contract, although it was worked out.

Make sure you train your clerks, when I went to check out the trailer, the clerk went to hook it up and none of the lights worked. He left me leave anyway and when I went to a gas station they told me the trailer was hooked up wrong. Once they hooked it up correctly it worked!!

I received a confirmation from U-Haul, Conf.# 85014107 Right after I schedule for June 23,2017. then I received a text. to pick up the truck in another location. When I got to U-Haul pick up location I was informed that I only have a reservation for only 2 hours not 3 days. I never heard of such ridiculous statement for the reception. to make matter worse they expressed to me that they only rent a van for hours or day since I did have the confirmation paper the agent appears very resistant to what I was telling him on my reservation. he stated that he only follow what he have in the system not in my word. that he did not care what Rayco U-Haul and I have agree. I believe that customer care is very poor when errors are done. I want to speak to some one else about the situation. the manager was there. then she ask if they have a van extra. thank God that they did have a van. I have rented van from U-Haul before and I never had a such bad experience. If you want to speak to me directly, you call me any time

I've rented a lot of trucks over the years, this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I was paying guys to stand around and wait because my reservation was changed without my knowledge and added mileage to my trip. when I tried to explain my frustration, I was shoved aside. Not a way to do business

The phone service to set this rental up was horrible and when called back to try too fix it they hung up on me...was far from my location and wrong time for pick up



I'm sorry but every time I rent a uhaul its a terrible experience. Reserved for weeks in advance every time.... And every time i show up oh im sorry we dont have that truck available... Are you kidding me? Also the after hours return is ridiculously complicated. 15-20 minutes fidgeting on and finally its done. Take pictures of the odometer....? A picture of the location...? Etc, what a waste of time and frustration at the end of an already stressful day.

Chelsea was professional and caring, making sure our order was correct. The only comment I have is with U Haul, I didnt like waiting until the day before to find out if the truck was available or not because we had a long distance move planned and our truck was at one location and our car carrier was initially at a separate location. I think once you book you should be confident that the truck will be ready.

Check windshield wipers on vehicles. Wipers squeaked and did not work well during rain storm. Almost drove me nuts for 2 hours. Provide second copy of paperwork so that one can be turned in if doing an after-hours drop off.
