The inside of the van was dirty with papers on the floor. The floor mat was dirty with little stones. I tried to sweep out the van. But whatever was on that mat I couldn’t sweep up. I believe, you would need an air hose to blow that mat clean. But, all and all the outside of the van was very clean. The van performed well. Had no complaints whatsoever on the app or the owner was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I was very satisfied with my u-haul rental.

I will never rent from this location again. U-Haul’s operating practice of waiting until the day before your scheduled pickup date to confirm equipment availability is a joke. I selected a different location that was closer, easier to get to, that I was familiar with, and that I knew had everything I needed for my trip (excluding the actual trailer to be rented). When I arrived at “House of Muhammad” the only thing letting me know I was in the right place was the equipment. No signage, no name of the business. Just a parking lot at a sketchy mechanic shop. When I asked the mechanic about the rest of my order (trailer ball and moving pads) he stated he didn’t have any of that and that I would need to go somewhere else for that stuff. The trailer ball is necessary to move the rented trailer, why wou lm don’t that be available, or at least if I’d been made aware of the situation I could’ve picked it up at my original scheduled location. After driving 40 minutes round trip back to this joke if a place, I was told to lift the trailer onto my vehicle myself, no help was offered as the mechanic said “he doesn’t have anything to do with u-haul”. Overall, customers should avoid this place like the plague. And U-Haul corporate should stop doing business with this place as it is not representing its brand positively.
Jeffrey RAdded on safemove $15 without my authorization. Nobody was around when drop off occurred. Upon pickup waited forever to get the truck and anybody working there could be found. Overall a terrible location for U-Haul.
RUSSELL LNeeded 14’ floor space and 15’ vehicle only gives you 12’ floor space but with a half a dozen extra straps we got it done without being able to close the door!
