The pick up procedure was horrible. It is not as easy as portraited. Get a connection with a telephone and going through the prompts with a poor connection, the site kept dropping. No more 24/7 pickups for me anymore.
John FThis was the most frustrating vehicle rental experience I've ever had and will never rent at this location again. I prefer to interact with customer service people on site and will only rent from a staffed location.
