I was charged $96 for missing equipment. I was lead To believe that I was purchasing moving pads , not renting them. I was not permitted to bring the moving pads back to the drop off location the following day to remedy the situation. Misleading business practices.
ERIC CTruck was covered in snow and ice. No one made an effort to clean it off or even get off the stool to show me which truck I was taking. I had to warm it up for 20 minutes and clean it off before I could drive it. They had the brakes looked at before I took it but never confidently told me it was safe to drive. Overall- poor.
