The interaction was effective. The staff was obviously trying hard to be friendly but lacked professionalism. I suspect they will improve. Mentoring would be appropriate.
Greg WI was a walk in. Got the truck I needed and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Truck drove great, was new truck and really clean.
