While the person on duty that day tried her best to help us, we were unable to rent the van we place an order for. The keys were in the lock box and the property manager was unavailable to open the box to retrieve the keys which forced us to take a 10ft box truck which was bigger than we wanted to drive and the side view mirror was difficult to arrange so I was never able to see out of it while driving which made it very dangerous to drive on the highway. Not to mention that we were given someone else's reservation and after 1 1/2 hours waiting to get the keys to the van, I do not exaggerate. This is not the first time that we had an issue picking up the van, other times I have waited just as long or was sent to a different location to get a van. This location is convenient for me and that is why I reserve my van there, but they really need to make some changes with how this location is operated. After this last fiasco we have decided to look into other services because we asked for a discount and were told they could not do that for us. We rent a van each month and cannot understand the lack of customer service. We want to continue using your service and ask that you please talk to the manager at this location. Thank you.

The Van was not cleaned on the inside…it was not vacuumed nor was the back of the Van swept out…HOWEVER!!’ The customer service I received from the four representatives I spoke with, as it pertains to my picking the vehicle up, clearing up a fuel misunderstanding, checking it back in when dropping the keys off, and calling to verify the charges on my receipt, these representatives presented a presence of excellent customer service!!! I am grateful, though when you rent a vehicle, you want it to be clean and wiped down on the inside, however, I was able to overlook the small mishap or oversight, whichever it was because of the customer service I received from the representative that answered the calls and I would like to say thank you to them. If I haven’t already said so, I will definitely be renting the van again and a truck if needed.

JOHN MTruck was awful. Passenger side window did not stay in place. It was extremely dangerous to drive. Truck was overall in horrible condition. Should not be on the road in its current condition. Could not safely change lanes. Had to pull over and have my wife meet me on 400 to help assist me in getting truck returned. We paid too much money and risked our safety in this truck
KIMBERLY HReally not pleased with the trend of socializing, all labor, and expense and providing customer service to technology; it took me twice as long to complete my reservation, pick up and checkout process this interaction benefits from having a staffed human delivering the service and the lack of that and the resulting delays introduced to my day wound up, requiring me to extend my reservation by one night rather than being able to check out on time. The van was great. The actual return process was great, but that delivery of reservation pick up really needs work because it requires a human and you are not providing one.
