The drop off was logged several hours after actual drop off time, causing me to be charged for an extra day. I have a case open to rectify this issue.

Albert WWe ordered a dolly, it was not in the truck when we picked it up. Since we used the app to pick up and the store was closed, we had to drive around using mileage to find another U-Haul to get a dolly. We were on a time schedule and this set us back. Also, you should have the app send something with the starting mileage and gas…… we had no paperwork so when we turned it in, how could we dispute anything. This was less than optimal for us.
