BRANDON WMy original pick up location was changed to this. When I got to this location the guy there kept telling me he was in a meeting and busy and to check in on my phone. I didn't pick this as an option to start and when I checked my app there was no way to check in on my phone. He also looked and didn't see a way. He looked to see my confirmation of this rental and then just gave me keys to a uhual and that was it. The whole situation felt weird so when I got home I called uhual and they said the guy shouldn't have done that. Apparently the vehicle wasn't even registered to be taken. So a case manager had to reach out to me and create a contract and get the truck number and licence plate. I also should have gotten a dolly and there was none in the truck.
