Went to pick up the equipment and no one was there for me to check in. Instead, they had to call me on the phone and take all my information and payment information on the phone. Why did we schedule a pick up time if no one was gonna be there. I could’ve went there at any time at my convenience if it was just over the phone.

I actually really loved them. They made it so easy to pick up and were very clear on their instructions. I wish all facilities were like this. This is my first time renting from uhaul and the experience was so good I will for sure be a repeat customer!
