They were closed when I got there, the main location couldn't help me other than giving me an 800 number to help me walk thru online access. Finally, the owner showed up an hour later. In total, it took close to two hours to check out the truck.

Wade CCommunication. Thankfully I called before pick up to verify the availability of the equipment. I was told someone still had it out and was supposed to be back by 5 and I would be phoned right back. I called U Haul to reserve it somewhere else. That location originally said it was available and then damaged so U Haul assigned me back to Top Gun Auto. An hour and a half later on the evening before pick up they finally called me saying it was available.
