I found it easier than I imagined...Check out was fast and returning was simple...The charge was what I expected.
ALEXANDER SIt should be clearly stated during the reservation process that if a pickup or dropoff location has limited hours or is only going to be staffed for the precise pickup/dropoff time. When making my reservation a couple of weeks in advance, I chose 10AM for pickup - I didn't realize that it was an "appointment" time, so me being late cause the worker to wait on me.
