Our first reservation was in Napa to have a trailer with a ramp and a simple refrigerator dolly. After confirming the rental availability in Napa (on the website), we were later given a message that the closest location was in the next town of American Canyon. When I arrived there, they said they did not have a refrigerator dolly, and that Napa did not even supply trailers with ramps so both locations were confirming the required equipment for the job and neither location actually had what we needed when we were given confirmation and payment instructions. We ultimately had to create our own refrigerator dolly with straps and a makeshift dolly.
