JEFFREY MImprovements: Better internet connectivity for the site. Employee was very efficient, but the connection was very slow. How do I know it was the connectivity? The screen tattled! Employee had a line thanks to slow connectivity. She ripped through that line within 20 minutes in spite of the poor internet service. She is to be commended for her efficiency, knowledge, and being so personable (which kept everyone at ease knowing she was going as fast as the site allowed.).
