Upon picking up the rental truck, the U Haul was neither clean nor appeared to be maintained. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. This was not pleasant. When driving the vehicle off the lot, I quickly noticed that the right, passenger-side mirror was broken. The glass was cracked and the mirror was not stable and swiveled, which put me in the position where I was always "seeing blind" on that side. The "check tire light" was on the entire time during my rental. Frankly, the money spent didn't equal the service provided. I was disappointed.

The location in American Canyon could use better lighting at night time. Difficult to get pictures and to see late at night. I did not interact with any people at this location so I cannot speak to that aspect. However, it’s a safety concern doing most of the tasks in the dark.
