JOE F1. Provide instructions for operating the parking brake in the truck. Fifty years ago, I had a footbrake like that in my car, but cars don't use them any more and I had forgotten. 2. But I was very happy to have hand-cranked windows! Much better than electric! 3. I found that the side mirror did not stay in place when I adjusted it. Vibrations from driving made it move. I finally had to leave it in the fixed position and lean over when I wanted to look into it. This needs a design fix. 4. The online self-return was OK for me, but it would be difficult for anyone with limited tech skills or limited English. Please make it simpler and more user-friendly. 5. Excellent site; owner was available to answer questions when necessary.
Patricia AThere was trash in the truck and it took us over an hour just to get the truck. The process was very difficult and had to call customer service which didn’t help at all. When I tried to get a credit for the trash in the truck they would only give me a 20 gift certificate to UHaul which is not beneficial.
