Uhaul agent was awesome but the moving help crew were 2 hours late. That terribly affected my schedule in moving day.

We reserved a moving van size U-Haul over a month before the move day of 9/1. We confirmed the reservation a week before. We went to check in the morning of the rental on Monday, 9/1 and no van was available at the Amherst College Street location. We had to spend over 30 minutes to call and locate another moving vehicle. It worked out but we did not need this stress at all the morning of the move.
Patrick SSeemed unorganized of an operation. Had a line of people waiting outside waiting to open with the operator appearing to arrive late which delayed receiving equipment.
Erin SMy experience was great, I couldn't have asked for more. Danny was understanding and very helpful! The truck was in great shape. I would recommend this location to a friend.
