The lady helping me sorry I forgot their name she was excellent. The checkon process took over an hour and resulted in me being charged for things I didn't order like dolly or moving pads which I still ended up being charged for even though I was promised it was taken care of. Then when I brought it back there were similar problems. Great customer service terrible experience with the intake software and terrible being over charged. Truck ran well and fit my needs. Please take this extra charges off please!!!!
