So much wrong with this location. First, no signage where to return the vehicle. I just parked it on the side of the street and that was where the clerk told me to leave. No paperwork was given when I dropped off the vehicle. I had to be careful to not let the cat out when I exited the office. I returned the vehicle on 9/8 before 1pm and it didn't get signed in until a day later and I didn't get the notice until the day after that. I didn't know what was going on so I had to take the time to contact customer service (who were great but couldn't help because at that hour the location was closed). All in all an awful experience returning to this location and will not use again.

DONALD WFuel gauge was lied about when returned. Was picked up at 1/4 and was returned at 1/4, receipt said 1/8. Price more than DOUBLED because of this! Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return here, and will recommend others avoid as well.
KOLTEN HThe office staff was rude, we were walking up and she just stared at us as she closed the gate and was short with us in saying they are closed and we have to check in online The truck is parked on a tiny pad on the canal, you could only turn left onto 17th which is next to impossible during rush hour right by the intersection to 25th. They dont have room for uhauls and it's a terrible location and very ghetto.
dusti bThe truck was filthy inside the cab. I spent an hour cleaning it since I had to drive it for 13 hrs. In the office there were 3 cats and 2 dogs . The place was dirty and smelled like a litter box
