The location was fine and easy to find, no personnel was there due to drop off being after hours. But customer service for U-Haul itself was not great, they changed my location pick up and drop off both times. This caused confusion and our equipment was not even in the truck when customer service guaranteed it would be. I had a bad experience with U-Haul overall.
