The hooks that keep the loading ramp attached and flush with the cargo floor were missing and I didn't discover it until I was at home and started to load the truck. This caused a safety hazard to me and my family and slowed down the loading and unloading process. I brought it to the attention of the store manager prior to returning the truck. The manager was friendly and helpful and the rental process was easy. The location is good and there are 2 gas stations within a few blocks from the store for ease of filling up the truck before returning it.

NIZAR QThis wasn't the original drop off location I selected when I first booked my uhaul. It was much further away.
Charles MDrop off location recorded the wrong drop off time. I returned the van a day earlier and with more fuel in the tank than was recorded. I have pic as proof. Pic will match odometer recording.
