People who rent U-Hauls are already dealing with the stress of moving, so the process should be as smooth as possible. I originally booked my truck at a different location and completed all my information ahead of time to save time on moving day. However, the morning of my move, I received a call saying that location didn’t have the truck I reserved and I was redirected to another location. At the new location, I had to provide all my information again, even though I had already completed it beforehand. To make matters worse, when I received the truck, it had less than a quarter tank of gas. The last thing I want to worry about during a move is immediately stopping for gas—that should be something handled after I’m done, not right at the start. When I brought it up, I was told that’s how the previous renter returned it. In my opinion, that’s not an acceptable excuse. As the owner, the vehicle should be checked and at least reasonably fueled before handing it off to the next customer. Overall, this added unnecessary stress to an already stressful day

This is the first time I use it. I do not like the fact that they do not explain anything about miles and gasoline, they only gave me the key and when I delivered the vehicle they received the key and do surcharges for a mile. bad experience.
