MARCO AI declined Protection when I booked and I have email proving that. When they gave me the car, I somehow ended up with protection plan which I only saw because of the email receipt. I asked him to take it off and he tells me it’s required and he already closed the contract and cannot. I had to call U-Haul directly to get a refund. Don’t trust this place!
