Truck was OK. It wasn’t really clean, but it wasn’t really dirty.. It took 30 to 45 minutes just to check it out and to check it back in.

Brian MThe lock boxes were frozen, the 800 # company reps tried to be helpful but there wasn't really anything they could do. Repeated calls to the local posted phone number were never returned. After about an hour, with some lock de-icer and a lever we were finally successful in getting our key. Also the lock box was mounted high enough that it was hard to read the combination. I'm 5'7" and had to stand on my tip toes.
