1st off 1/30/26 was a horrible day trying to rent a u-haul was scheduled for a 10ft truck at 4pm i had booked the day before I get there at 3 and was told they dont have a truck for me and didnt have another they could rent me they sent me to mccurvy where they had one an nobody answer the door or was even there I had to spend more money on another 15ft truck I didnt need nor want but I really had no choice empire masters did a great job helping me out was understanding and helpful they deserve a 5star rating. Tiger storage is felt wronged me they should have notified me that the vehicle wasnt there before I even drove across town to they're lot and the mccuervy place said they closed at 5 and I was there at 415 and nobody was there.
