The associate was very friendly and helpful when he realized I had never driven a truck before. I will say the location is a little tricky in that it's out there away from the main roads a little ways.

The right fender bracket was bent and I didn’t know this until I loaded car on the trailer. After loading the car the fender was rubbing the tire. I used my own personal jack to bend the bracket so I could use the trailer. I can provide pictures if needed
