Very friendly person, but didn't know much about making changes to the U-Haul system. Other places I have been knew how to tailor the reservation for efficiency but they didn't have a truck for me this time. The lack of being able to tailor the job costs the customer in the end being that the drop off locations are always outside the mileage limitations of the reservation. That drop off location can be changed by the site manager, not the person booking the job.
