I was supposed to pick up the Uhaul at 10 am when they opened. They did not arrive to open the store until 10:20am. He had the key in a lock box with a code outside. However, that was never communicated to me and we would have had no way to know that. The tire pressure light was on when getting in the truck. I asked the gentleman and he seemed unbothered and said there was probably just a malfunction with the sensor.
BRIAN DOwner of the company showed up 30 min late for my appointment. Didn't do a walk around of the vehicle. Just handed me the keys. Cab was dirty with a cigarette butt in the cup holder.

IBREHIM HThe folks were pretty helpful. I had a hard time backing the trailer and the gentlemen came and helped me, basically removed the trailer and guide the trailer into the parking slot. The guy inside close-out my ticket and that was it. I did call ahead to find out the hours and if I was able to drop off the trailer before the due date. Easy & quick.
