Richard BThe car dolly, by looks of it had a new locking pin install on the left ramp. The issue was either the spring was to long or pin was too long ,not allowing the release of the ramp to extend to drive vehicle up on. I ended up using wood blocks for a ramp to ensure no damage to ramp and allowing me to pull up and take off vehicle. Of course I never thought about inspecting the ramp locking pins being to tight to unlock the ramp, allowing to extend. Rest assure I will from this point on. Of course I realized this two days after I rented when loading vehicle and it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. No uhaul reps open. Bottom line, this needs to be addressed. I marked with blue 3M tape, showed and told uhaul representative at drop off uhaul location. Uhaul needs to get better on checking repairs before releasing..maybe a QC mechanic.

ROBERT BTrailer was damaged but roadworthy. Their location was not the one that the reservation was made at. The one I made the reservation at didn't actually have it for some reason. They were so helpful, hospitable, and made it happen!
