We had a miscommunication and I woke up to a very enraged employee pounding very hard on my front door, making threats to myself and family members. When Charlotte took over, everything was handled absolutely very professional and from there it was a great experience. Thr only reason I wouldn't recommend this particular office is because no one should have to be subjected to how this man treated us but I will recommend this office if Charlotte is the one who handles the particulars. Thank you, Charlotte for being the nicest and friendliest person and the otherwise excellent experience!

I can't think of anything to improve the service that I was provided. Unfortunately for me when I started the reservation process for the Labor Day weekend the trailer that I needed was not available (already booked). I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to a location that still had the trailer that I needed. I suppose that is my fault for living in California since so many of us are trying to flee this mismanaged Democrat-Socialist state before we get taxed into poverty.
WALTER RStaff is friendly. They were fast at getting me in and on my way.
Amanda Kmaybe better rates for the mileage for good customers 1.09 adds up quick good truck though.
KENNETH BThere is no clear indications it's a uhaul place nor are there any visible instructions on which driveway to use, what the locked gates codes are, where to take your equipment and no one answered the phone. A guy came over on a golf cart, opened the gate and took off. He said nothing! A few minutes later he came back, I said do I follow you you, he nodded yes. He took off. I got to where he was, he said "park it against the wall"...he dropped the trailer and took off again. He got quite a distance from me, almost out of my sight, stopped and waved me to him and he took off. We got to the gate, he put in a code and took off again. He did not say anything else. Not a thank you, nothing about my receipt, nothing about the trailer...NOTHING. he looked angry, he was rude and gave you the feeling you were interrupting his day.
