Put more equipment here. Only has one open trailer. I have to drive 25 miles out of my way most of the time when I want to rent a trailer to get one.

MICHAEL BI was not able to use the trailer I rented. the rails were too wide for the side by side I wanted to relocate. Even thought I specified online when I made the reservation that it was a side by side I was give a vehicle transport trailer. When I called to voice my concerns about the width of the rails, the first representative hung up on me. When I called back, Jamie was very sympathetic, but was unable to provide me with any other options. Ultimately I was unable to use the trailer and dropped it off at a local U-Haul site. I can say that I will avoid using U-Haul in the future as they would not rent me a utility trailer stating their system did not show it was a safe way to transport it, even though the trailer they specified was in no way a safe way to transport the side by side. A waste of my entire day
