I reserved two dollies and 12 moving blankets three days before the move. The app said my reservation was “guaranteed”. When I got there I was told “we don’t have those available.” They offered no solution and it was late to switch rental locations.

JAMES HWe reserved an AIR CONDiTIONED truck and furniture dolly. The equipment was terrible. The heat index was 100 degrees that day in TX and we had to drive 4 hours with no air conditioning. They also did not have a dolly even though it said it was reserved on the app. We had to manually lift everything onto the truck in the heat. Miserable experience.
