The agent seemed unfamiliar with the system, and it took at least 45 minutes to get through the paperwork. No one assisted with hooking up the trailer or inspected it after I hooked it up. I have literally rented dozens of Uhaul trailers in the last 35 years, and this was by far my worst experience. I suggest that training take place.

I have only ever done non-business hours drop-off at this location, but the location is easy to find and parking is readily available.
BRANDON LDisappointed to have be told "Yes, I can help you with that", waiting while the clerk flirted with customer for 5 - 10 minutes, and then being told "sorry, I can't help you with that". Recognize that it is warehouse furniture store first with U-Haul as an add-on. Make reservation to ensure they have what you need - no real stock kept on hand that was visible.
