I was charged for an extra day when I had dropped the Uhaul off early. I was not contacted about this. I found out through my credit card charge and the fee was hidden, not showing the what the charge was on the Uhaul app. but only on a pdf recipe in my email. Thankfully got a refund from Uhaul.

RANDI WMake sure the mileage is recorded correctly. I was charged for 25 extra miles that I definitely did not drive. Thankfully I took a photo of the odometer when I got in the vehicle. Also, submit that the U-Haul was returned and on time. I got an email saying I didn’t return the equipment- causing me to jump through hoops to prove I did.
