Truck was dirty when picked up. It had less than a quarter tank of gas upon pickup. There is no backup camera although it was requested upon making the reservation. The agents at the pickup location we not friendly.

these guys are super nice. very professional and quick I was in and out . Also they make it very convenient with their hours and being open until 10 pm. I highly recommend these guys.
KEITYH LTerrible experience. No Customer service Had to wait for store customers over and over. Owner made me wait over an hour for him to arrive and hook the trailer up. Didn’t check lights. Etc etc. Terrible ghetto location too.
