The U-Haul had me wait over an hour for the truck, lied on the contract that he had a full tank of gas and had the truck on empty, and then wanted to charge me for a full tank. He did not have the truck nor equipment ready at pickup.

It’s inside a liquor store the one who is in charge of the U-Haul part of it is who I would assume the owner was not present when I came in for my reservation and I had to wait for 30 minutes after that when I was given the key to go get the truck, I had to drive to another location to pick it up, which was extremely inconvenient when I get to the location I was told that I was looking for the plate number that was on the keychain that was given so none of the plates matched, so I returned to the liquor store to tell them and then I realized there’s an ID on the trucks. overall it was bad service and very inconvenient, very frustrating.

Kristen LTruck was not swept out, had broken glass and pieces from a previous renter that I had to sweep before loading my family's things. Dolly was left loose in clamp and was shaking in truck had to pull over immideatly and fix.
Joshua DSelf service was great and help to expedite the check in and out, but it was not available until after my allotted time, unlike what the system said of an hour before.
