The glass inside and out was dirty and hard to see through. The rear view mirrors were hard to adjust, and the back cargo door was difficult to open, other than that it did the job . Thank you

Victor EThe U-Haul had me wait over an hour for the truck, lied on the contract that he had a full tank of gas and had the truck on empty, and then wanted to charge me for a full tank. He did not have the truck nor equipment ready at pickup.
MILAN SIt’s inside a liquor store the one who is in charge of the U-Haul part of it is who I would assume the owner was not present when I came in for my reservation and I had to wait for 30 minutes after that when I was given the key to go get the truck, I had to drive to another location to pick it up, which was extremely inconvenient when I get to the location I was told that I was looking for the plate number that was on the keychain that was given so none of the plates matched, so I returned to the liquor store to tell them and then I realized there’s an ID on the trucks. overall it was bad service and very inconvenient, very frustrating.
