Truck was not swept out, had broken glass and pieces from a previous renter that I had to sweep before loading my family's things. Dolly was left loose in clamp and was shaking in truck had to pull over immideatly and fix.
Joshua DSelf service was great and help to expedite the check in and out, but it was not available until after my allotted time, unlike what the system said of an hour before.
CRUZ CClerk was one hour late for us to pick up the vehicle. We were unable to add gasoline to the vehicle because there was a missing gas cap and it was covered with some type of plastic rubber band and rubber band. Neither clerk checked out by walking outside with us or checking the vehicle upon its return. U-Haul changed our pick up location from one city to another Without ever notifying us ahead of time. The lock on the back of the rollup door was in place, but the lock was cut rendering it useless.
