I actually wasn't happy that my location was just changed without even talking to me, the person renting the truck. It was way outta my way and cost me more in miles. I told Lacy i probably won't use uhaul again, because i'll need one the first of the month and don't need my location changed. Lacy talked to me a lil bit and helped me with my reservation she definitely helped and because of her i probably will use uhaul again, other than being far i have no complaints with her location.
