The fact the location was randomly closed on a Saturday when they would normally be open was a major issue, as I ran into many issues using the UHaul App on Android for Google Pixel. Either improve the app or make sure that places like this are consistently open to help customers. I was delayed by a full hour in my move as a result of this.

Fix your servers! Couldn't use app for picking up due to technical issues. Then went inside for person to help. His system was so slow it was like the dial up days! Took 40 minutes to get through his process. He had no downtime option to complete the pick up! Just had to wait for screens to move!
